Nutrition covers building reusable meal plans, meals, and foods for your clients. Browse the Explore tab for existing content, understand the difference between a meal plan and a macros plan, build a reusable meal you can reuse across clients, and add your own foods to the library.

Using the Explore tab

Browse our built-in library of recipes, meals, and plans instead of building everything from scratch.

What is in Explore?

Thousands of ready-made recipes, meals, and meal plans you can add straight to your own library.

How do I use it?

1.Go to Nutrition in the sidebar
2.Open Plans, Meals, or Foods
3.Select Explore
4.Find something you like and add it to your library

Explore is available on Plans, Meals, and Foods, so you can start from a template wherever you need one.

Meal plans vs macros plans

You can build two kinds of nutrition plan, depending on how much detail your client needs.

What is the difference?

A meal plan is built from specific meals assigned to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks, with calories totalled automatically. A macros plan is simpler, just daily targets for calories, protein, carbs, and fats.

How do I create one?

1.Go to Nutrition in the sidebar, then Plans
2.Select New plan
3.Choose Meal plan or Macros plan from the dropdown
4.Build out the plan

Every new plan starts as “Untitled plan” so you can name it once you know what it is for.

Building a reusable meal

Build a meal once in your library, then use it in as many plans as you like.

What makes up a meal?

A name, a category (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks), an image, its macros, and optionally the ingredients that make it up.

How do I create one?

1.Go to Nutrition in the sidebar, then Meals
2.Select New meal
3.Add a name, category, and image
4.Add the macros, and ingredients if you want to show them
5.Select Add meal

Meals you build here are available to add to any meal plan for any client.

Adding a food

Build your own food library with accurate macros for every item you use in a meal.

What does a food entry include?

A name, category, image, and its protein, carbs, and fat per serving, with calories calculated automatically. You can also add serving size and dietary tags like Vegan or High protein.

How do I add one?

1.Go to Nutrition in the sidebar, then Foods
2.Select New food
3.Add a name and category
4.Enter the protein, carbs, and fat, plus a serving size
5.Select Add food

Once added, a food is ready to use as an ingredient in any meal.
