Build a form to collect information from clients, and share it directly or attach it to an offering.

How do I create a form?

1.Go to Forms in the sidebar

2.Select New form

3.Add the fields you need

4.Select Save

How do I share it?

Copy the form link directly, or attach it to one of your offerings so clients fill it in as part of booking.

Responses land in the Responses tab as soon as a client submits the form.
