Account settings covers everything to do with signing in and keeping your details up to date. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email instead of a password, update your name, email, photo, and public page URL, choose which client activity notifies you, and delete your account if you ever need to.
There are no passwords to remember. Sign in with your email and a one-time code sent to your inbox.
The first time you sign in, you will be asked for your name after verifying your code, and your account is created automatically.
Codes expire after a short time, so if yours does not work, go back and request a new one.
Change your name, email, profile photo, and public page URL from Settings.
Your profile photo, full name, email address, and the page URL clients see when they visit your public page.
Save changes stays disabled until you have actually changed something, so there is no risk of accidentally overwriting your details.
Choose which client activity notifies you.
New form responses, submitted intake forms, and new orders.
Changes save automatically, there is no separate save button.
Deleting your account permanently removes your data, including clients, plans, and billing history.
Your clients lose access immediately, and none of your data can be recovered once deletion is confirmed.
If you just want a break, cancelling your subscription instead keeps your account and data intact without charging you.
