Messages lets you chat with clients directly from Backstage without switching to another app. Message a client from their profile or the Messages page, and jump straight to their details from inside any conversation.

How do I start a conversation?
Can I message from a client’s profile instead?
Yes, open the client and select the message icon in their profile to jump straight into your conversation with them.
You can attach an image to any message, and search within a conversation using the search icon in the thread.
Viewing client details from a conversation
Open a client’s info without leaving the conversation.
How do I open it?
What is in there?
Info, Media, Links, and Files tabs for everything shared in that conversation, plus a View client button to open their full profile.
From the same overflow menu you can also delete the chat if you need to start fresh.
