Client management covers everything to do with the clients you coach. Invite a client to sign in, see what's on their profile, track their progress and body measurements over time, and import a list of clients in bulk if you're bringing them over from somewhere else.
Adding a client and inviting them to sign in are two separate steps.
Once added with an email address, their status shows as Invited until they sign in. If they need it resent, open their row menu and select Resend invitation.
You can also create a client profile without an email if you are managing everything yourself and they do not need their own sign-in.
Every client has their own profile with a dedicated tab for each part of their coaching.
Overview, Check-ins, Training, Nutrition, Habits, Picks, Measurements, Progress photos, Considerations, and Profile.
You can also message a client directly from their profile using the message icon in the topbar.
Every client profile has dedicated tabs for logging measurements and progress photos over time.
Open a client profile and select the Measurements or Progress photos tab.
Clients can also log their own measurements and photos from their dashboard, so entries do not always have to come from you.
Measurements are tracked directly on a client’s profile, not from a separate library you have to set up first.
Some platforms make you build a metrics library before you can track anything. Ours does not, every client’s Measurements tab is ready to use immediately, with common types like weight, body fat percentage, and circumferences already available.
Every entry is plotted over time automatically, so you and your client can see progress at a glance.
Import a CSV of client names and emails instead of adding them one at a time.
A CSV with a Name column and an Email column. The first row should be the header.
Imported clients appear in your Clients table right away. You can invite them to sign in individually whenever you are ready.
