Bookings covers your availability and client appointments. Set your availability so clients can book time with you, and control whether clients can reschedule or cancel a booking themselves.
Setting your availability
Set the weekly windows you are bookable in, and clients pick an open slot from your public booking link.
How do I set my weekly availability?
Can I block out specific dates?
Yes. Add a date override from the same Availability screen to close a specific day or adjust its hours, without changing your weekly schedule.
Your public booking link reflects these changes immediately, so double check your hours before sharing it.
Rescheduling or cancelling a booking
Clients cannot reschedule or cancel a booking themselves yet, so any changes need to come from you.
How do I cancel a booking?
What happens after I cancel it?
The client gets an automatic email letting them know, with a link back to your booking page so they can pick a new time.
Self-serve rescheduling is on our roadmap, we will let you know as soon as it ships.
