Can a form automatically create a client?

A plan intake form can create a client and pre-fill their plan the moment they submit it.

How does it work?

Open a response to a plan intake form and select Create plan for client. This creates the client automatically and opens their Nutrition tab with macros already computed from their answers.

What about other forms?

For any other form response, select Save as client instead to create a client from their details without the automatic plan setup.
