Selling workout plans online without the hassle

Selling a standalone workout plan should not require building a separate storefront, and for most coaches it does not need to be anywhere near as complicated as it first seems.

Here is a simpler way to think about it, from building the plan once to actually getting paid for it.

Build it once, in your training library

A split built from reusable days and exercises can be turned into a sellable product without rebuilding it from scratch. The same structure you would use for a 1:1 client works as a standalone plan.

List it as a one-time product

A workout plan suits one-time pricing far better than a recurring subscription, since it is a defined thing someone buys once rather than an ongoing relationship. Set it up as a product with a clear price and description.

Let your public page do the selling

Once it is listed as an item on your public page, with a clear description of what is included, it can sell on its own without a live sales conversation for every single purchase.
